Islandia Village Mayor Allan M. Dorman and the village board hosted the fourth annual Craft Fair and Pumpkin Fest, which was attended by more than 1,000 people, on the grounds of Village Hall. As adults went to the Craft Fair and browsed the vendors’ tables displaying beautiful handmade crafts, children took part in the Pumpkin Fest, where they joined in fun activities such as pumpkin painting, a visit through the Haunted Tunnel and a costume parade.
