If you require a translator, kindly call the court at least 72 hours before the time above and the court will adjourn your case so that an interpreter will be available to translate at your future court appearances.

If you would like to pay in person or by mail, payments can also be made in the form of a Money Order, Bank Check or Visa or Mastercard (there is a 2.99% NY State fee for the use of a credit card in office). Cash payments are accepted during business hours.
Village Court Hours
Village Court is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed from 12-1 p.m. for lunch.)
