Each spring, the Village of Islandia brings the community together for its annual Easter celebration. Despite the heavy rain on April 12, dedicated officials, volunteers, and local Boy Scouts braved the weather to deliver Easter baskets to Islandia’s children, each containing colorful eggs with vouchers for special prizes redeemable at Village Hall.
